1. Acceptance
By installing or using See Through Script Reader, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Licence to use the app
Subject to these terms and applicable store rules, Coinimain grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal or professional teleprompter purposes.
You may not redistribute, sell, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, interfere with security features, impersonate the developer, or use the app in a manner that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
3. Your scripts and content
You retain responsibility for and any rights you hold in scripts or other text you enter into the app. The app does not claim ownership of your scripts.
You are responsible for ensuring that your scripts, recordings, presentations, and use of third-party material comply with copyright, privacy, publicity, recording-consent, and other applicable laws.
4. Responsible use
Do not use the floating overlay in a way that distracts you while driving, operating machinery, crossing roads, or performing another activity that requires full visual attention. Do not use the app to conceal deceptive or harmful interactions with another application.
5. Third-party applications and services
See Through Script Reader may be used above, or open links to, third-party applications and services. Coinimain does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, features, content, data handling, or terms.
6. Updates and availability
Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product develops. We may discontinue the app or support for a particular Android version. Back up important scripts before uninstalling, clearing storage, changing devices, or installing major updates.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or third-party app, or preservation of data in every circumstance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coinimain will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the app, lost scripts, missed recordings, or reliance on the teleprompter.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when updated terms are published.
