Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the See Through Script Reader Android application and this website handle information.

Effective: July 28, 2026Provider: CoinimainContact: contact.countdowntodo+scriptreader@gmail.com

1. Overview

See Through Script Reader is an Android teleprompter application provided by Coinimain (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The current version is designed to operate without user accounts, a managed backend, analytics, advertising, or cloud synchronization.

Current data-safety summary: the app does not collect or share user data with the developer or third parties. Scripts and settings are stored locally on the user’s device.

2. Information handled by the app

The app processes information that you enter or configure, including script text, script titles, favorites, reading positions, teleprompter settings, and backup choices. This information is stored within the app’s private storage on your Android device.

The current version does not transmit this information to Coinimain and does not include analytics, tracking, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs.

The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, call history, messages, photos, or advertising identifier.

3. Permissions and system access

Display over other apps

The app requests Android’s “Display over other apps” access so it can show the floating script and controls above another application. This access is used to display the teleprompter only.

The app does not use the overlay to read content from the app underneath, capture passwords or messages, record the screen, monitor which apps you use, or interact with another app on your behalf.

Notifications

On supported Android versions, notification permission may be requested for optional controls while the floating teleprompter is active. The notification can provide actions such as play, pause, hide, show, or stop. It is not used for advertising or unsolicited promotional messages.

4. Backup, export, and import

You may export scripts and settings into a local JSON backup file. Export occurs only after you choose the export action and select a destination through Android’s system file picker.

Backup files are not encrypted by the app. Anyone with access to an exported file may be able to read its contents, so you should save backups in a location you trust.

When you import a backup, the selected file is processed locally. If you select a third-party storage provider through Android’s file picker, that provider may process the file under its own privacy policy.

5. Sharing text and opening external services

Android may allow you to share selected text from another application into See Through Script Reader. The app uses the shared text to create or update a local script; it is not transmitted to the developer.

The Contact option opens your selected email application. No message is sent until you choose to send it. The Rate Us option opens the app’s Google Play listing. Your interaction with email, Google Play, a browser, or another external service is governed by that service’s own terms and privacy policy.

6. Software libraries

The app uses Android and AndroidX user-interface and application libraries, including Jetpack Compose and Material components. These libraries are bundled to provide the app interface and Android compatibility. The app does not configure them as analytics, advertising, or data-collection services.

Required open-source notices are available in the app’s Licenses section.

7. Advertising

The current version does not display advertisements and does not contain an advertising SDK.

If advertising is added to a future version, this policy, the in-app disclosures, the Google Play “Contains ads” declaration, and the Google Play Data safety information will be updated before that version is released. Any future advertising practices will be described here, including the advertising provider and the data it processes.

8. This website

This website does not use analytics, advertising scripts, contact forms, tracking pixels, or cookies set by Coinimain.

The website is hosted through GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical information needed to deliver the site, such as an IP address, browser details, and request logs, under GitHub’s own privacy practices. Clicking an email link opens your email provider; no information is submitted through this website itself.

9. Retention and deletion

Local scripts and settings remain on the device until you delete them, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall the app, subject to Android’s own backup and restore behavior.

You can delete individual scripts or select multiple scripts for bulk deletion inside the app. You can remove all app data through Android Settings by clearing storage or uninstalling the app. Exported backup files must be deleted separately from the location where you saved them.

10. Security

Keeping scripts local reduces network exposure, but no storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Protect your device with appropriate screen-lock and device-security settings, and store exported backups carefully.

11. Children’s privacy

See Through Script Reader is a general-purpose productivity application and is not specifically directed to children. Because the current version does not collect or transmit user data, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app’s functionality, permissions, third-party services, advertising practices, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when a material update is published.
