1. Overview
See Through Script Reader is an Android teleprompter application provided by Coinimain (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The app operates without user accounts, advertising, or cloud synchronization of scripts.
2. Information handled locally
The app processes information that you enter or configure, including script text, script titles, favorites, reading positions, teleprompter settings, and backup choices. This information is stored within the app’s private storage on your Android device.
The app does not transmit script text, script titles, filenames, file locations, imported-file contents, backup contents, script identifiers, or any other free-form text to Coinimain, Firebase, or another analytics service.
The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, call history, messages, or photos. Collection of the Android advertising identifier is disabled.
3. Optional analytics and crash diagnostics
Usage analytics and crash diagnostics are enabled by default. You can turn both off through the Usage and crash diagnostics switch under Settings > Privacy & diagnostics. Your choice is stored on the device and applies to future collection by both Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Analytics may process an app-instance identifier, app and device information, app lifecycle and session events, and approximate location derived by Google from a masked IP address. The app does not set a Firebase user ID, use this data for advertising, or enable ad-personalization signals.
The app sends a small, fixed set of interaction events to understand feature use and improve the product. These may include screens opened, teleprompter start and stop actions, playback and overlay actions, permission outcomes, feature-setting categories, broad script-size and session-duration ranges, and the selected scrolling-speed value from 1 to 30. These events never contain script content or identifying script metadata.
Firebase Crashlytics
Firebase Crashlytics may process crash stack traces, relevant application state, device metadata, a Crashlytics installation identifier, and Analytics breadcrumb events leading up to a crash. The app attaches only a fixed true-or-false diagnostic key indicating whether the teleprompter was running. It does not attach script content, filenames, user IDs, or free-form logs to crash reports.
4. Permissions and system access
Display over other apps
The app requests Android’s “Display over other apps” access so it can show the floating script and controls above another application. This access is used to display the teleprompter only.
The app does not use the overlay to read content from the app underneath, capture passwords or messages, record the screen, monitor which apps you use, or interact with another app on your behalf.
Notifications
On supported Android versions, notification permission may be requested for optional controls while the floating teleprompter is active. The notification can provide actions such as play, pause, hide, show, or stop. It is not used for advertising or unsolicited promotional messages.
5. Backup, export, and import
You may export scripts and settings into a local JSON backup file. Export occurs only after you choose the export action and select a destination through Android’s system file picker.
Backup files are not encrypted by the app. Anyone with access to an exported file may be able to read its contents, so you should save backups in a location you trust.
When you import a backup, the selected file is processed locally. If you select a third-party storage provider through Android’s file picker, that provider may process the file under its own privacy policy.
7. Software libraries and service providers
The app uses Android and AndroidX interface libraries, including Jetpack Compose and Material components. It also uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for the optional purposes described above.
Google processes Firebase data to provide analytics and crash-management services and may use subprocessors to operate those services. Data sent to Firebase is encrypted in transit. We do not sell this data or send it to advertising networks. For more information, review Firebase Privacy and Security and the Google Privacy Policy.

8. Advertising
The current version does not display advertisements and does not contain an advertising SDK. Advertising-ID collection and ad-personalization signals are disabled for Analytics.
If advertising is added to a future version, this policy, the in-app disclosures, the Google Play “Contains ads” declaration, and the Google Play Data safety information will be updated before that version is released.
9. This website
This website does not use analytics, advertising scripts, contact forms, tracking pixels, or cookies set by Coinimain.
The website is hosted through GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical information needed to deliver the site, such as an IP address, browser details, and request logs, under GitHub’s own privacy practices. Clicking an email link opens your email provider; no information is submitted through this website itself.
10. Retention and deletion
Local scripts and settings remain on the device until you delete them, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall the app, subject to Android’s own backup and restore behavior. Exported backup files must be deleted separately from the location where you saved them.
Firebase retains analytics and crash-diagnostic data according to Google’s applicable retention settings and policies. You can stop future Analytics and Crashlytics collection with the in-app privacy switch. Clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it removes its local data and identifiers from the device.
Because the app does not create an account or set a user ID, we generally cannot connect anonymous Firebase records to a particular person. You may still contact us using the address below with a privacy or deletion question.
11. Security
Keeping scripts local reduces network exposure, but no storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Protect your device with appropriate screen-lock and device-security settings, and store exported backups carefully. Technical data sent to Firebase is encrypted in transit.
12. Children’s privacy
See Through Script Reader is a general-purpose productivity application and is not specifically directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children, and it never sends script content to the developer or Firebase. Limited technical and interaction data may be processed when optional diagnostics are enabled, as described in this policy.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app’s functionality, permissions, third-party services, advertising practices, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when a material update is published.
